Job Summary
Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support Asset & Wealth Management executives. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging complex domestic and international travel, organizing events, processing invoices and T&E claims, onboarding/off-boarding assistance, drafting high-quality emails/messages, maintaining organizational charts and Executive bios, and assisting with editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires five+ years of administrative experience, excellent calendar management, discretion with confidential information, strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference for experience supporting Managing Director level or above; college degree is a plus. This role is in-office five days a week in New York, NY.

- Experience supporting senior management preferred
