Job Summary
Senior-level executive assistant in Consumer & Community Banking supporting senior management and the Managing Director-level executive, with responsibility for maintaining complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal/external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events, processing invoices and T&E claims, staff onboarding/offboarding, producing professional emails, maintaining organizational documents and Executive Bios, and editing spreadsheets/presentations for client meetings. Requires five+ years of administrative experience, strong organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Five days in the office in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgement in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
