Job Summary
Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Head of Communications & Policy at Morgan Health, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and liaison with internal/external stakeholders. Requires five+ years of administrative experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives, exceptional organization, strong project management, quick and accurate work pace, collaborative yet independent work style, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required; role is office-based five days a week in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience supporting C-Suite Executives or other senior executives
- Extremely well organized, flexible, with strong project management skills
- Work with speed, and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively, but also handle matters independently when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
