Job Summary
Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to the Global Equities leadership. The role involves managing complex calendars, screening calls and prioritizing information, coordinating and logistics for internal and external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events including catering and transportation, processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding, drafting high-quality emails and messages, maintaining department documents (e.g., organizational charts, executive bios), handling ongoing activities proactively, and supporting editing of spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires five years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, confidentiality, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; college degree is a plus. This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
