Senior Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Maintain complex calendars, screen incoming calls to determine priority, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings. Coordinate complicated domestic and international travel, organize events including catering and transportation, and process invoices and T&E expense claims. Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, produce high-quality communications, and edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Handle regular activities without prompting while advising in advance on issues or delays. Requires five years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and discretion in confidential situations. This role involves five days in the office (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid options.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
- College degree is a plus
