Job Summary
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders, ensuring materials are prepared and distributed. Prioritize communications, prepare correspondence and reports, and document information while maintaining strict confidentiality. Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including travel and board materials, and process expense reports and budgets. Maintain office inventory, facilitate onboarding, and serve as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders. Identify process improvements and support organizational initiatives.
