Job Summary
Senior Executive – Ad Operations role focused on delivery and trafficking of campaigns sourced in the APAC region, including quality control, troubleshooting, reporting and optimization. Responsible for maintaining low error rates, ensuring on-time campaign launches, monitoring performance, and communicating issues to Sales, Compliance, Editorial, Technology and Product teams. Provides operational support to internal and external clients, assists in new ad product implementations, and collaborates with Inventory & Yield Management, Planning and BI teams to improve efficiency, understand performance, and achieve yield targets. Key metrics include campaign booking accuracy, zero-error execution, revenue delivery, inventory utilization, campaign monitoring/optimization, and turnaround time. Required skills include Google Ad Manager, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Salesforce or similar tools, with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.
