Job Summary
Senior Execution Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of Cloud & Developer Enablement product capabilities within an Agile program. Acts as Scrum Master and Project Manager to lead and support Agile scrum teams, remove impediments, manage schedule, risks, and issues, and ensure successful project delivery through milestones and release activities. Must be able to facilitate scrum ceremonies, coordinate with dependent teams, prepare execution plans, roadmaps, capacity planning, and maintain project risks and reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills required to articulate complex problems, manage stakeholders (including risk, legal, audit), and align delivery practices with organizational goals. Preference for Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and proven experience in cloud-enabled software delivery, with ability to drive continuous improvement and governance across delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience managing and delivering complex software projects, with experience in Cloud and Developer Enablement programs
- Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and IT project practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive delivery
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master and Project Manager in an Agile context
