Senior Events Services Manager

Support, guide, and develop Event Service Managers, Team Leaders, and front-line colleagues on operational demands and service standards. Ensure strict adherence to BEO while managing event logistics including set-up, drinks, food service, and timings. Collaborate with the Bar supervisor and relevant departments like kitchens to maximize efficiency. Review service and product opportunities with senior management for continuous improvement.
