Senior Events Manager, Vice President

Job Summary
Senior-level events leadership role focused on end-to-end strategy and delivery of high-impact client experiences across Asia. Responsibilities include developing event strategy with senior team, designing and executing high-touch client events aligned to brand standards, managing calendars, budgets, vendor contracts, onsite delivery, speaker and VIP coordination, and post-event communications. Requires strong Asia market knowledge, travel across the Asia region, ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and proficiency with standard office tools and event platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in event management
- Demonstrated strength in strategy, problem solving, and creative event solutions
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event delivery (planning, logistics, and onsite execution)
- Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiation, contracts, and invoices
- Ability to manage risk/process compliance as part of event delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and event management platforms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort liaising with senior leadership and delivering against tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize concurrent projects and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel frequently across Asia
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is preferred
