Job Summary
Senior Events Manager responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events across live, hybrid and digital formats, guiding delivery for Group Events, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and focusing on audience experience, production quality, sustainability, and post-event learnings. Key duties include shaping concepts with stakeholders, building run-of-show plans, managing registrations and streaming workflows (Cvent and related tools), and maintaining strong communications with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Requirements include 7+ years of corporate-event delivery, program/project management excellence, hands-on experience with Cvent and enterprise event databases, and bilingual proficiency in English and German, along with a robust network of events partners; ability to collaborate with senior executives in an international context and to leverage MS 365 tools.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience delivering corporate events across live, hybrid and digital formats
- strong program/project management skills including budgeting, vendor management and stakeholder steering
- hands-on expertise with event technologies, especially Cvent and enterprise event databases
- proven track record delivering complex virtual and hybrid events with attention to audience experience and production quality
- practical understanding of sustainable event management
- comfortable partnering with senior executives and diverse stakeholders in an international environment
- excellent communication skills in English (and German)
- strong network of event, AV/broadcast and multimedia production partners and suppliers
- MS 365 proficiency (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
