Job Summary
Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs while operating intermediate technology solutions and troubleshooting issues. Act as a leader and mentor to other technicians, greet guests and clients to provide clear equipment instructions, and maintain accurate event information within business systems. Review daily invoices for client signatures, ensure inventory is secure from theft or damage, and keep occupied areas clean and organized. Continually enhance technical skills in audio, video, data, staging, and networking while complying with all security measures and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Planning ability; able to plan prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player orientation
- Commitment to best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders
- Professional appearance
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
