Senior Event Services Technician - Audio Visual, Event Technology

Job Summary
Conduct floor operations for setup, strike, and operation of intermediate to advanced audio-visual technology solutions while troubleshooting issues as they arise. Mentor junior technicians and greet guests or clients to provide clear equipment instructions and maintain communication to ensure event success. Manage client event information in business systems, review daily invoices for signatures, and ensure all inventory remains secure, organized, and in good working order by reporting any damage or loss immediately. Comply with company SOPs, security measures, and safety protocols while prioritizing best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Planning ability; able to plan prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player orientation
- Commitment to best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders
- Professional appearance
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
