Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of all confirmed meetings, events, and social functions, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams. Oversee event detailing, BEO creation, function planning, and on-site coordination while anticipating guest needs and resolving challenges with discretion. Build trusted relationships with clients, planners, and VIP guests by hosting site inspections, tastings, and rehearsals, personally overseeing high-profile events. Partner with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to maximize event profitability, monitor budgets, and ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation. Ensure post-event reviews and continuous service enhancements align with legendary Raffles standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in event operations within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record managing complex, high-end events and weddings
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional client service and communication capabilities
