Senior Event Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operational planning and delivery of assigned international flagship forums and ecosystem events, acting as the primary operations owner of large-scale conferences, galas, and new ecosystem events. Manage budgets, venues, contracts, and vendor relationships; oversee production, catering, AV, staffing, travel, and on-site execution; produce event documentation and contingencies; develop scalable processes and best practices; enhance guest experience and post-event learnings. Collaborate with Community, Content, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align agendas, branding, and partner deliverables; contribute to continual improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience as a Senior Event Manager
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- The right to work in the UK
