Required Qualifications
- Proven Agency Background
- Solid experience inside a fast-paced creative, live event, or experiential agency managing complex, mid-to-large scale projects
- Deep expertise leading the full lifecycle of live, virtual, and hybrid events—from initial brief and venue sourcing to production, logistics, and H&S
- A trusted, go-to network of partners, suppliers, and venues across the UK and beyond
- Proven track record in growing client relationships, spotting opportunities, managing budgets (£), and delivering against targets
- High emotional intelligence
- Sharp problem-solving under pressure
- Passion for mentoring junior event talent
