Senior Event Executive

Job Summary
Senior Event Executive responsible for end-to-end event planning and execution for Vietnam Events Team, delivering on-site activities such as Opening ceremonies, press conferences, conferences, seminars, and side events; managing timelines, developing market content and buyer engagement, coordinating partnerships with Industry Government/Associations/Organizations, and handling media communications with agencies; collaborating with Event, Marketing, and Central Data teams to analyze and develop buyer data, building visitor and buyer communities through diverse programs; requires Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of B2B event management experience, strong English and Vietnamese communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; able to work extended hours and weekends when needed, with a focus on delivering successful events and contributing to ongoing improvement and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing/ event management or equivalence
- A minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in creating and executing B2B event management
- Proven track record of successful medium scale event execution
- Ability to conceptualize and execute industry event concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Project Management: Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Good team player with pro-activeness and self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
