Job Summary
Support Fooda events by being onsite for setup, tear-down, cleaning equipment, and site areas while problem-solving issues like incorrect orders or late deliveries. Provide real-time customer service to resolve consumer concerns directly and facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency. Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager as needed to maintain high-quality experiences. Work Monday through Wednesday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, gaining competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are a strong communicator and self-starter
- You are organized and detail oriented
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
- Must be able to work Monday through Wednesday - 9:30AM to 5:30PM & Monday through Wednesday - 4:30PM to 12:30AM
Desired Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Type-A personality is a plus
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
- You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
