Job Summary
Manage daily operational processes for company and client marketing activities, including coordinating third-party tasks and handling purchase requests through final implementation. Monitor invoicing, finalize event campaigns and BTL activities per guidelines, and develop the annual events calendar covering promotions, inaugurations, and project launches. Coordinate logistics for venue selection, technical setup, and supplier contracting, while archiving documentation and reporting daily status updates to the supervisor. Prepare monthly reports on completed activities to ensure transparency and analytical purposes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- University degree
- Good command of the English language
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
