Senior ETL Developer/Health Claims Data Warehouse

Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement ETL and data integration solutions at the client site using IBM DataStage, SAS DataFlux, and Oracle. Architect data quality solutions and parallel applications while managing requirements and enforcing encryption standards across Windows and Linux environments. Lead data warehouse projects from scratch, applying Agile methodologies to drive operational and technical improvements in healthcare claims data modeling. Requires 10+ years of ETL development, 7+ years leading DataStage projects, and federal clearance. Immediate start through March 31, 2019, with potential extensions, located in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Enrollment data/Claims data modeling experience
- Federal clearance to work
- specific expertise in DataStage and/or Informatica
- 7+ Years of Leading Data warehouse projects in Datastage
- 5+ years in encryption of data in both windows and Linux environments
- 10+ Years development experience, must include ETL tool like Datastage
- 10+ Years' experience with Oracle, SQL server, SQL, PL/SQL
- 5+ Years' experience with SAS, Shell and Perl Scripting
- 10+ Years Data warehouse Applications Development experience
- 10+ Years development experience using standard Software Development Life Cycle Methodology
- 2+ years in PowerShell scripting
- Proficient in IBM Datastage 7.x/8.x/9.x, Oracle,SQL, SAS and Linux
- ERWIN, PL/SQL, SAS DataFlux
- Healthcare Industry Experience is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
- Experience in scheduling Tool (Autosys)
- Proficiency in MS Visio
