Job Summary
Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator responsible for preparing detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects, reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents, performing takeoffs and pricing analysis, coordinating with operations and project management teams, participating in project handoff and preconstruction activities, and helping identify project risks and opportunities before construction begins. Requires knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR), ability to read and interpret construction documents, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience managing multiple bids; EDGE experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing estimating experience
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and related roofing systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously
- EDGE experience is a plus but not required
