Job Summary
Senior Estimator/Chief Estimator role targeting ICI construction projects within Woodbridge, ON. Core duties include preparing detailed estimates for ICI construction, reviewing drawings/specifications/addenda/tender documents, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor and supplier pricing, preparing tender submissions and related documentation, supporting pre-construction budgeting and planning, and leading bid strategy and mentorship for Chief Estimator-level candidates. Experience with institutional, healthcare, commercial, industrial, public-sector, dealership, renovation, or fit-out projects and strong grasp of drawings, specifications, scopes of work, tendering, and subcontractor pricing are required. Leadership experience is a plus for Chief Estimator-level candidates. Location: Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Salary range: CAD 130K–180K+ depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience estimating ICI construction projects with a general contractor
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes of work, tendering, and subcontractor pricing
- Experience with institutional, healthcare, commercial, industrial, public-sector, dealership, renovation, or fit-out projects
- Ability to prepare estimates from conceptual budgeting through tender close
