Prepare quantity take-offs, complete project estimates, and solicit pricing from vendors and suppliers. Develop labor, material, and equipment budgets while supporting project handoff meetings with operations teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and mentor junior estimators to support team development. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating experience in glazing or building envelope construction
- Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor scopes
- Experience with Bluebeam and estimating software
