Job Summary
Senior Estimator required to develop accurate first-principles cost estimates across labour, plant, materials and subcontractor scopes for infrastructure projects in NSW and across Australia; responsibilities include competitive pricing strategies, tender analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring junior estimators within a collaborative tendering team; prerequisites include a tertiary qualification in a related field and 7+ years estimating experience in utility infrastructure (water/waste water, power, gas) with proficiency in estimating software (ideally Pronamics Expert); experience with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and TOC/RAMP models is highly desirable; opportunity to contribute to major tenders and strategic pursuits with SRG Utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
