Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Job Summary
Senior Estimator/Project Manager responsible for developing new business opportunities, preparing accurate estimates and proposals, securing contracts, and managing projects through successful completion in demolition, environmental remediation, asbestos, mold, lead, PCB abatement, and related construction services. Leads communication between clients, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Activities include site visits, bid package preparation, cost estimating (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, disposal, contingencies), CRM data entry, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and driving new business growth. Oversees project execution, schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders, submittals, RFIs, safety and quality compliance, and client communications across office and field environments. Requires travel and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving business development metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, abatement, construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated experience in estimating, proposal preparation, and project management
- Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and contract acquisition
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance
- Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms
- Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, project controls, and cost management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Established relationships with general contractors, consultants, industrial clients, municipalities, or developers within the demolition and environmental industry
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Advanced estimating or project management training and certifications
- Experience in construction, demolition, asbestos, lead, PCB abatement, mold and environmental remediation projects
- Strong estimating and analytical skills
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Effective leadership and team collaboration capabilities
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues proactively
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required background screening
