Job Summary
Senior Estimator responsible for compiling bids and pricing, reviewing plans, and collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Leads conceptual and final estimates for design-build, CM and GC projects, conducts on-site assessments, reviews quotes, prepares detailed cost reports, and tracks market trends to enhance estimating accuracy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of estimating experience, with proficiency in estimating software and strong communication skills. Based in North Seattle, WA, focusing on projects in the Greater Seattle area with emphasis on TI and ground-up work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- At least 5 years in construction estimating with a proven track record of competitive bids
- Proficient in estimating software and tools
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
