Job Summary
Senior Estimator responsible for coordinating bid packages and ITB invitations using Procore, soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors, analyzing specifications and blueprints to determine project scope, performing quantity takeoffs and generating detailed estimation reports, reviewing bids with risk assessment, developing accurate line-item budgets, organizing bid proposals, interpreting soils/engineering reports for cost implications, distributing plans to subcontractors, managing vendor/subcontractor/internal team communications, and contributing to budgeting and value engineering for multi-family residential construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in estimating, with a focus on multi-family residential construction
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Familiarity with CSI codes
- Valid driver's license
