Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator in Miami, FL responsible for developing detailed budgets, cost models, and order-of-magnitude estimates from limited design information; competencies include material takeoffs, cost estimation across labor/material/equipment/contractor costs, cost analysis, competitive bid strategy, bid preparation, value engineering, and client/stakeholder engagement. The role involves reviewing project scope from documents, fostering sub-contractor/vendor/client relationships, contract review and negotiation, and mentoring associate level cost and commercial staff, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects and adherence to company standards. Proficiency in CostX, OST, and Microsoft Excel is preferred, along with professional qualifications (MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE) and a Bachelor's degree in related fields; minimum 7 years of experience in Estimating/Cost Management/Quantity Surveying and experience on luxury hospitality projects are required.
