Job Summary
Senior Estimator leads construction design-build/EPC estimates and proposals, guides estimating strategy, reviews project schedules and risk, manages subcontractor solicitation and pricing, verifies bid packages, and mentors staff; emphasizes results delivery, quality estimates, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. Skills include MS Office, ConEst, K-base, risk assessment, cost history data management, value engineering, and a strong ability to present estimates to clients; travel up to 10% to Norfolk/Chesapeake area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 7 years of direct project estimating experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
