Job Summary
Dual-role Clinic Manager – Esthetician & Laser Technician overseeing daily clinic operations while delivering advanced skincare and laser treatments. Lead and develop staff, drive revenue, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance and exceptional client experience. Perform professional skincare treatments (facials, chemical peels) and laser services (laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation) with client consultations and customized treatment plans. Maintain documentation and client records, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with marketing on promotions. Requires active Esthetician license and Laser Technician certification, plus 2+ years medspa experience; leadership and strong sales skills preferred. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; in-person role in Katy, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license (required)
- Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)
- 2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment
- Prior management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
