Job Summary
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning while developing customized strategies that align with their objectives. Advocate for clients in managing estate affairs and assist in resolving disputes involving powers of attorney, financial accountability, contested wills, and general estate litigation. Manage and mentor a team of junior associates. Requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in estates law and procedures with membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Required Qualifications
