Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of estate planning experience
- licensed to practice law in Florida
- graduate of an accredited law school
- able to supervise probate and trust administration
- familiar with GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs
- able to draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage client matters and meet production benchmarks
