Job Summary
Lead operations of multiple private residences in the Austin area, managing a household team and coordinating vendor, contractor, and renovation projects. Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative oversight to ensure each property is impeccably maintained and ready for entertaining. Provide full leadership and accountability to the staff while anticipating needs before they arise. This full-time role requires 7+ years of experience leading large, multi-property UHNW households, strong construction project management skills, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be local to Austin, highly discreet, and legally authorized to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leading large, multi-property private properties and households at the UHNW level
- Strong team leadership and development experience
