Job Summary
Senior Escrow Officer role overseeing complex real estate escrow transactions: establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing closing documents, disbursing funds, and balancing settlements in accordance with policies. Acts as a neutral liaison among file parties, ensures regulatory and company policy compliance, and prepares settlement statements. Requires 4-6 years of escrow experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and state licensing/certification.
