Job Summary

Senior Escrow Officer responsible for overseeing escrow processes and closings for real estate transactions, including settlement statements, deeds, loan documents, and compliance with state/federal requirements. Role involves coordinating with homebuyers, sellers, mortgage teams, and accounting; mentoring junior staff; ensuring timely, accurate flow of information between settlement, recording, and accounting; and maintaining high-volume efficiency. In-office five days a week in Coppell, Texas.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years Escrow Officer experience
  • Notary Public license requirements as required by State
  • Customer service skills with diverse homebuyer demographics
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; OneNote and SoftPro a plus
  • Ability to mentor junior staff
  • Knowledge of escrow procedures and industry regulations
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders (homebuyer, seller, mortgage, accounting)
  • Strong time management and prioritization
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Collaborative across dispersed teams in multiple locations
