Job Summary
Senior ERP Solutions Consultant leads onboarding for new customers and drives end-to-end implementation of procurement/ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, Sage) across diverse industries; responsibilities include project/stakeholder management, configuring processes from scratch, delivering training and Q&A sessions, coordinating with product/engineering on customer requests, and accelerating time-to-value while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering a finance / procurement tool
- Experience with procurement tools ERP (Coupa, SAP S/4HANA: procurement and AP, SAP Ariba Buying / Invoicing, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)
- German language fluency
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Strong data management skills with handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel
- Ability to push back and still satisfy customers
- Comfort with software configuration (technical skills a plus)
