Job Summary
Maintain and enhance the PeopleSoft ERP security model by administering roles, permission lists, user profiles, and dynamic security configurations. Manage query security trees, route controls, ChartField security, workflow approvals, and user preferences while processing access requests to ensure compliance with business and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits, access reviews, and security documentation efforts, developing procedures and configuration documentation to improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot application security issues, workflow problems, and user access concerns, creating reports, PS Queries, SQL scripts, and automation solutions. Collaborate with development, database administration, infrastructure, and functional teams on ERP initiatives, including system refreshes, upgrades, patching activities, and production releases. Participate in occasional after-hours support and on-call activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering security within PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleSoft FSCM environments.
- Strong understanding of Roles and Permission Lists.
- Strong understanding of User Profiles.
- Strong understanding of Dynamic Security.
- Strong understanding of Query Security.
- Strong understanding of Workflow Security.
- Strong understanding of Route Controls.
- Strong understanding of ChartField Security.
- Experience supporting security audits, compliance activities, and user access reviews.
- Working knowledge of SQL, PS Query, shell scripting, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, auditors, and leadership.
- Availability to provide occasional after-hours and on-call support.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and production migrations.
- Knowledge of PeopleTools.
- Knowledge of Application Designer.
- Knowledge of Process Scheduler.
- Knowledge of Integration Broker.
- Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Experience supporting both PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules.
- Previous experience in a large enterprise, public sector, government, or highly regulated environment.
