Job Summary
Conduct regular business reviews for assigned ERP customers post go-live to drive continuous process optimization and adoption guidance. Act as a trusted advisor to maximize Acumatica investments through technical consultation on architecture, integrations, reporting, and customization strategies. Assess current processes to recommend best practices, provide insights into new features, and offer proactive performance management for customer environments. Partner with support, engineering, and ISV teams to address needs, communicate feedback to product teams to influence enhancements, and support Customer Success in identifying upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce or a related field of study
- Basic accounting understanding; Draw T-accounts for analytical uses, know basic accounting concepts – ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits and credits
- Installation and configuration experience with various Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP)
- Software presentation and demonstration experience
- ERP System Financial and ad-hoc report writing
- Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; SQL Server relational database concepts including database schemas and the ability to understand a relational database design
- Organized and analytical, and able to eliminate implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Strong presentation skills, can communicate professionally, and can Write reports, business correspondence, professional emails and procedure manuals
- Can read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information
- 5+ years' ERP software implementation experience in construction, including business consulting, project management, project definition, estimating, proposal writing, and engagement planning
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in business software sales and knowledge of technology
- Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
Desired Qualifications
- ERP System Financial and ad-hoc report writing a plus
- Experience in distribution, field services, supply chain, financials and/or Inventory ERP implementation is a plus
