Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects by configuring systems, managing data migration, and integrating solutions to align with client business objectives. Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities, manage project timelines and resources, and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, conduct product training, and facilitate user testing while maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and procedures. Provide ongoing helpdesk support to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Proactively seek process enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
