Senior ERP Business Analyst

Job Summary
Senior ERP Business Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation for a manufacturing/distribution environment. You’ll partner with subject matter experts and department leads to capture business needs, map end-to-end processes, and translate them into clear D365 requirements. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, facilitate requirements workshops, document current- and future-state processes, create SOPs, and lead governance, QA, UAT, and end-user training to ensure changes land smoothly. You’ll evaluate competing solutions, flag risks, and support integration projects with external partners (VARs). You’ll build and support automated testing practices to keep the system stable and catch regressions. Must-have include 5+ years of BA experience, hands-on D365 F&O knowledge, ability to convert complex requirements into use cases, fluency in Agile/Lean and Waterfall, and a Bachelor’s degree. Nice-to-have includes end-to-end project delivery experience, manufacturing operations background, familiarity with ERP integration projects, and experience collaborating with VAR partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Proven ability to gather, interpret and document complex business requirements and convert them into use cases
- Fluency in both Agile/Lean and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience gathering, interpreting, and documenting complex business requirements and converting them into use cases
- Fluency in Agile/Lean and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with executives
- Experience with procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, manufacture-to-stock processes (or related ERP processes)
- Experience collaborating with external partners/VARs and supporting ERP integration projects
- Ability to drive governance, QA, UAT, and end-user training
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to propose better ways to work
