Job Summary
Conduct intensive multi-line ergonomic risk assessments in manufacturing, health/high tech, and service industries while developing risk and work injury management consulting programs. Present safety-based services and deliverables to clients across Technology, Finance, Biotech, and Automotive sectors, actively participating in new business and renewal presentations. Build and sustain relationships with HS&E Consultants, management, contractors, and broker partners to implement Health and Safety programs and measure loss reduction impact. Perform onsite observations, review incident reports, and determine adequacy of hazard controls using state-of-the-art risk assessment and benchmarking tools. Travel 60% of the time to support regional clients from Washington DC to Atlanta. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and strong analytical skills to drive profitable growth for Chubb Global Risk Advisors.

- Must have some working knowledge relating to a variety of industrial operations and processes and the potential they present for ergonomic and safety exposures
- Basic knowledge of applicable ergo standards, guidelines and codes relating to ergo exposure control for various hazards, industries, substances and operations
- Ability to present to clients and interact in the delivery of safety-based services and deliverables
- Ability to create and sustain relationships with HS&E Consultants, HS&E Management, clients and business partners
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
