Job Summary
Senior EPM (Anaplan) Developer/Architect for freelance engagements across Poland and international markets. Lead or support enterprise-scale EPM transformation initiatives with a focus on Anaplan implementations; translate business needs into scalable models and solution architecture; design and build planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario models; collaborate with international project teams and client management; contribute to solution architecture decisions (data flows, model design, performance optimization); support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; facilitate workshops, demos, and presentations for delivery and pre-sales.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in Anaplan implementations or other EPM tools
- Senior Developer / Consultant background with exposure or aspiration towards Solution Architect responsibilities
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
- Hands-on experience in designing and building Anaplan models, including complex, multi-dimensional use cases
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into structured, scalable system solutions
- Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops or solution discussions
- Fluency in English
