Job Summary
Lead Epic referrals and prior authorization workflows by building and optimizing front-end operational processes tied to patient access and authorization. Manage daily interactions with operations, access teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders to support new build or optimization environments. Leverage strong Cadence scheduling knowledge to improve referral throughput and authorization turnaround times, ensuring seamless integration between scheduling and referral systems. Apply hands-on build experience to refine referral and prior authorization workflows, acting as a functional SME for these critical areas.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Epic experience with referrals and prior authorization workflows
- Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling and its interaction with referrals
- Experience supporting front-end operational workflows tied to access and authorization
- Hands-on build and workflow optimization experience (not just support)
- Functional SME in referrals + prior auth
- Experience working in new build or optimization environments
