Job Summary
Lead referrals and prior authorization workflows within Epic, executing hands-on builds and optimizations to improve throughput and turnaround times. Manage Cadence scheduling interactions and front-end operational processes tied to access and authorization. Collaborate with operations, access teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders to support new build and optimization environments. This functional SME role requires 5+ years of Epic experience, with strong collaboration across departments to enhance patient access operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Epic experience with referrals and prior authorization workflows
- Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling and its interaction with referrals
- Experience supporting front-end operational workflows tied to access and authorization
- Hands-on build and workflow optimization experience (not just support)
- Functional SME in referrals + prior auth
- Experience working in new build or optimization environments
