Job Summary
Analyze client needs and identify bottlenecks within Epic environments, translating functional requirements into concrete, workable solutions. Implement and optimize Epic functionalities that align with daily practice, collaborating with healthcare professionals, project teams, and stakeholders to achieve successful optimization projects. Share insights during team sessions and workshops while maintaining clear, convincing communication across diverse disciplines. This role involves working on varied assignments across different healthcare organizations throughout the Netherlands, sometimes on-site and sometimes remotely. You will contribute to the digital transformation of care processes, supporting the implementation and management of strategies that ensure sustainable care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als consultant, applicatiebeheerder of projectmedewerker bij (her)implementaties en/of optimalisaties van Epic
- Eén of meerdere Epic-certificaten
- Goede kennis van zorgprocessen
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Een referentiecheck kan onderdeel uitmaken van de sollicitatieprocedure
