Job Summary
Establish and maintain integrated cost, schedule, and earned value baselines aligned with contractual requirements. Develop Earned Value Management processes, including SPI/CPI analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting, while providing independent challenge of trends and productivity assumptions. Analyze cost and schedule performance to identify risks and recommend corrective actions, integrating procurement commitments and cash flow forecasts into project financial controls. Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment across project controls and oversee physical progress measurement methodologies. Manage project change control, quantifying cost and schedule impacts for internal and client reporting, and develop dashboards and KPI scorecards for leadership stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Ramboll's project governance standards and serve as a subject matter expert mentoring project staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or financial analysis within EPC or EPCM environments
- Demonstrated experience operating as a senior project controls advisor within integrated project teams
- Strong understanding of earned value management, cost control, scheduling, and change management
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and enterprise financial systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: PMP, AACE (EVP/CEP/CCE), or CPA
