Job Summary
Senior EP Mapping Specialist position at Medtronic requiring clinical/technical support and training for EP mapping and navigation systems. Responsibilities include educating physicians and staff on CAS products, promoting safe and effective use, supporting regional sales objectives, developing customer relationships, coordinating with Account Manager/Regional Manager/Area Directors, and collaborating with regional sales/clinical teams. Travel within territory (Utah/Idaho) to multiple accounts; valid driver’s license required. Remote position but resides in the territory with frequent travel (25-50%) within the region. Requires high school diploma with 8+ years of cardiac mapping/navigation experience, or an associate with 6 years, or a bachelor’s with 4 years; preferred nursing/cardiovascular or life sciences background; ability to train physicians and hospital staff; willingness to travel and drive within territory; U.S. work authorization sponsorship limited to principal-level roles and above; base salary $130,000-$140,000 plus incentive plan; extensive benefits listed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Preferred: B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
