Job Summary
Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex environmental projects, reviewing investigations, remediation strategies, and corrective action approaches. Evaluate innovative remedial technologies and support project teams in scoping, planning, and executing technical objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Mentor environmental scientists and engineers, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing technical standards and best practices. This role influences project outcomes and drives innovation across engineering, construction, and EHS initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant technical diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent higher education in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental consulting, engineering, remediation, or oil & gas sectors
- Specialized knowledge of environmental investigation and remediation practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects of varying size, scope, and complexity
- Experience collaborating with EHS, engineering, construction, and project controls teams
- Advanced technical problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical writing and document preparation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive collaboration across teams
- Valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
