Job Summary
Senior Environmental Project Manager leading multidisciplinary teams across major infrastructure and environmental programmes, setting direction, delivering high-quality outcomes, overseeing governance and delivery, driving client engagement and relationships, mentoring future leaders, and strengthening WSP’s position as a trusted delivery partner on complex programmes in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution
- Proven experience leading environmental projects or workstreams within complex infrastructure, development or multidisciplinary programmes
- Strong environmental background across areas such as EIA, contaminated land or similar environmental specialisms
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating environmental inputs to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Solid project leadership capability across governance, planning, risk, programme and delivery management
- Confident, collaborative leader with experience in client engagement, stakeholder management and developing others
