Job Summary
Senior Environmental Project Manager leading cross-disciplinary infrastructure and environmental programmes in the UK, providing strategic leadership, governance and client/stakeholder engagement to deliver EIA and environmental integration across major projects. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery governance, and mentor future leaders within a a UK-wide Environmental Project Management community, partnering with major infrastructure and development clients to shape projects from definition through delivery while strengthening relationships and expanding opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered, or working towards chartership, with a relevant professional institution
- Proven experience leading environmental projects or workstreams within complex infrastructure, development or multidisciplinary programmes
- Strong environmental background across areas such as EIA, contaminated land or similar environmental specialisms
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating environmental inputs to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Solid project leadership capability across governance, planning, risk, programme and delivery management
- Confident, collaborative leader with experience in client engagement, stakeholder management and developing others
